Lars Bork Dylander is the CEO and founder of 2BM, part of SOA People. With a natural aptitude for predicting digital trends, Lars has been at the forefront of mobile and digital development for over 20 years. He has always been driven by his enthusiasm for the possibilities of IT and new technology within the digital realm.

Lene Groth is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at STARK Group. Lene also holds positions as Chairperson of the Board at STARK Fonden and Goodtalks, while she is a member of the Sounding Board at CBS Executive Fonden

Before joining STARK Group, she held the position as Executive Vice President of HR in Coop Denmark (2014-2016). Prior Lene Groth has held various HR positions in IKEA (2002-2014), including Global HR Operations Manager.

Lene Groth has a master’s degree in Business Administration and Management and an Executive Board Education in Board Leadership, Corporate Finance and Governance from Copenhagen Business School.

Tue Krabbe-Juelsbo is globally responsible for the Talent & Leadership development agenda in LEO Pharma. He brings 10+ years of leadership experience and subject-matter expertise from the worlds of research, media, financial service organizations, management consultancies, and pharma. Tue has a strong focus on modern People development, HR innovation, agile and digital transformations, and corporate learning.

Before joining LEO Pharma, he had held positions such as Head of Development, Senior Advisor at NNE, several Vice President-positions incl. Head of People and Organizational Development at Alm. Brand, and has been a doctoral researcher at Aalborg University.

Camilla Hillerup serves as the HR Director at Microsoft Denmark and Iceland, as well as for the Microsoft Development Center in Copenhagen. As a key member of the Danish leadership team, Camilla focuses on cultivating strong leaders across the organisation.

Camilla previously held the role as HR Director at KPMG and Deloitte. She is an active member of the IT Industry’s steering group for Female Leaders in the IT Industry (KLIBT), where she also serves as a mentor. Additionally, Camilla is a member of the Accreditation Council and an active participant in the Danish Industry’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and the CHRO Board.

Søren is one of Denmark’s most experienced and popular lecturers in business and industry with 1,000+ motivational lectures all over the world. He talks about motivation and performance, while sharing his experience with using tools from elite sports to achieve success in business.

He is the winner of two Olympic gold medals from the games in Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 in Goalball, a game for blind athletes. He has won several business awards, among others, IBM’s best new salesman in Europe, the Middle East and Africa – and the JCI Award TOYP (The Outstanding Young Person Award).

He is the author of “Blind Confidence”, published 2009.

Elise Hauge is Vice Chair at the CBS Executive Foundation and works as an Executive Advisor for various companies. She brings more than 20 years of strong experience within development and implementation of strategic HR in close connection with international business units and executives. She has experience from IT and Pharma sectors, and has lived abroad in US and Switzerland.

She is most recent former EVP, Chief People and Communications Officer at Lundbeck, and worked previously as SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at SimCorp. She also brings experience from various roles in companies such as Microsoft, Nordea, Takeda and Nycomed.

Niels Peder Nielsen is a Senior advisor to Bain & Company, Chairman of the Board of Enduro Genetics as well as Board member and Industrial advisor at Noon Ventures. Niels Peder has been a Board member at ProMark since 2021.

Prior to this, he was Deputy CEO of the Novo Nordisk Foundation and Senior partner at Bain & Company.

As a consultant, Niels Peder has served large global companies and financial investors on organisation, performance management, strategy development, and M&A. As part of his prior roles, Niels Peder has been responsible for HR departments, processes and WFM tools.

Niels Peder graduated from MIT Sloan School of Management in 1990 and is a Bachelor of Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School in 1988.

Morten Onshuus is the Senior Project Manager for the ERP pilot and Global rollout at Kongsberg Maritime, leveraging over 30 years of experience in leading major IT implementations on a global scale. He holds a Master of Science degree in Logistics and Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
