Natasha holds several nominations as one of the most influential women in Tech in Europe, and appointed one of the 100 most influential women in Denmark. She is the winner of the Women in Tech Award (2020).
She has worked with technology, innovation and entrepreneurship for more than two decades. Natasha has helped organisations build and execute their digital strategies for a decade, been an associated Partner & Digital Futurist at the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies. As a serial entrepreneur she founded numerous global SaaS startups.

Camilla Hillerup serves as the HR Director at Microsoft Denmark and Iceland, as well as for the Microsoft Development Center in Copenhagen. As a key member of the Danish leadership team, Camilla focuses on cultivating strong leaders across the organisation.
Camilla previously held the role as HR Director at KPMG and Deloitte. She is an active member of the IT Industry’s steering group for Female Leaders in the IT Industry (KLIBT), where she also serves as a mentor. Additionally, Camilla is a member of the Accreditation Council and an active participant in the Danish Industry’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and the CHRO Board.

Hannes has since August 2021 taken on the role as HR Operations Manager at Carlsberg Group. Before joining Carlsberg, he held various roles in both recruitment and HR. Most recently, he spent four years at Arla Foods as both HR Business Partner and HR Change Lead. Martin Kofoed, Executive Partner, itm8 Cyber Security Division. Martin has a background as an IT technologist and subsequently as a Police Commissioner. Prior to itm8, Martin spent 10 years in the Police, most recently at the National Cybercrime Center (NC3). After leaving the police, he transitioned to a role as Deputy Director at JN Data, responsible for operational cybersecurity, crisis management, and Incident Response. In January 2022, he joined Improsec, where he assumed the role of Director in October 2022. In November 2023, Martin Kofoed was appointed head of the itm8 Cyber Security Division, responsible for Managed Security Services and Security Consulting.

Natasha Friis Saxberg (@saxberg) is the CEO at the Danish ICT Industry Association, representing more than 750 IT and telecom companies.
Natasha holds several nominations as one of the most influential women in Tech in Europe, and appointed one of the 100 most influential women in Denmark. She is the winner of the Women in Tech Award (2020).
She has worked with technology, innovation and entrepreneurship for more than two decades. Natasha has helped organisations build and execute their digital strategies for a decade, been an associated Partner & Digital Futurist at the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies. As a serial entrepreneur she founded numerous global SaaS startups.
