Natasha Friis Saxberg (@saxberg) is the CEO at the Danish ICT Industry Association, representing more than 750 IT and telecom companies.

Natasha holds several nominations as one of the most influential women in Tech in Europe, and appointed one of the 100 most influential women in Denmark. She is the winner of the Women in Tech Award (2020).

She has worked with technology, innovation and entrepreneurship for more than two decades. Natasha has helped organisations build and execute their digital strategies for a decade, been an associated Partner & Digital Futurist at the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies. As a serial entrepreneur she founded numerous global SaaS startups.

Natasha has written several books about technology, including Homo Digitalis that maps the science behind human digital behaviour. She has worked with scaling startups into the US market, and hosted the TV show “Tech and The City”, from Nasdaq in New York. She has worked with corporate venture since 2015, developing new digital growth opportunities and discovered future profit pools, latest at Maersk Growth, as Head of Technology & Venture Development.

Camilla Hillerup serves as the HR Director at Microsoft Denmark and Iceland, as well as for the Microsoft Development Center in Copenhagen. As a key member of the Danish leadership team, Camilla focuses on cultivating strong leaders across the organisation.

Camilla previously held the role as HR Director at KPMG and Deloitte. She is an active member of the IT Industry’s steering group for Female Leaders in the IT Industry (KLIBT), where she also serves as a mentor. Additionally, Camilla is a member of the Accreditation Council and an active participant in the Danish Industry’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and the CHRO Board.

Tue Krabbe-Juelsbo is globally responsible for the Talent & Leadership development agenda in LEO Pharma. He brings 10+ years of leadership experience and subject-matter expertise from the worlds of research, media, financial service organizations, management consultancies, and pharma. Tue has a strong focus on modern People development, HR innovation, agile and digital transformations, and corporate learning.

Before joining LEO Pharma, he had held positions such as Head of Development, Senior Advisor at NNE, several Vice President-positions incl. Head of People and Organizational Development at Alm. Brand, and has been a doctoral researcher at Aalborg University.

Niels Peder Nielsen is a Senior advisor to Bain & Company, Chairman of the Board of Enduro Genetics as well as Board member and Industrial advisor at Noon Ventures. Niels Peder has been a Board member at ProMark since 2021.

Prior to this, he was Deputy CEO of the Novo Nordisk Foundation and Senior partner at Bain & Company.

As a consultant, Niels Peder has served large global companies and financial investors on organisation, performance management, strategy development, and M&A. As part of his prior roles, Niels Peder has been responsible for HR departments, processes and WFM tools.

Niels Peder graduated from MIT Sloan School of Management in 1990 and is a Bachelor of Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School in 1988.

Lars Bork Dylander is the CEO and founder of 2BM, part of SOA People. With a natural aptitude for predicting digital trends, Lars has been at the forefront of mobile and digital development for over 20 years. He has always been driven by his enthusiasm for the possibilities of IT and new technology within the digital realm.

Solfrid Flateby stands as one of Norway’s most esteemed keynote speakers, awarded Norway’s best speaker in 2023. With a rich background as HR and Communication Director for major companies like Coca-Cola, Reitangruppen, and Bavaria Nordic (BMW, MINI, and Porsche), she brings extensive expertise in management, HR, and communications. Recognized for her enthusiastic approach, unique career trajectory, and strong community engagement, Solfrid is an expert in change management.
