Welcome to DEXT Summit 2024! We’re excited to have you join us. To ensure a smooth registration process, it’s important to carefully review the terms and conditions outlined below:

Registration and Rates:
Your registration and the rate you agree upon are final after your purchase is completed. Please ensure you review the price and any applicable promotional codes before finalizing.
Promotional codes are specific to individuals and are non-transferable. These codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be retroactively applied.
For group tickets, the purchaser is responsible for obtaining consent from all group members to share their information with DEXT Summit, in line with our Privacy Policy and these terms.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds are available until June 1, 2024. After this date, refunds cannot be issued.
Should the event be canceled or the format change significantly, attendees will be notified promptly and can request a refund within two weeks of such notification.

Privacy and Information Sharing:
By registering, you consent to your data being shared with select vendors and partners to enhance your event experience, which includes receiving communications related to the event.
Your information may be shared with event partners for direct communications in compliance with GDPR. We commit to not selling or renting your data to third parties outside of our selected partners and vendors.

Agenda and Liability:
The event agenda is subject to change, including adjustments to speakers and sessions. These changes do not entitle attendees to a refund.
